why till now there's no discussion about reincarnation in this anime as its stated in title(The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady).

Probably because the focus is not on her past life but her current one. It also seems as though she doesn't actually remember who she was or actually have the memories of herself back then, just snapshots of it.

I believe that will be brought up some time later. It's just the way the author decided to proceed with the story. Even in MAL there's nothing said about Aris' previous life except she's being reincarnated.

Towards the middle of the first half of episode one there was a bit of a flashback to some scattered images of modern Japan as well as images of witches from the children's books in our world. It was kinda' a blink and you'll miss it scene. But yeah, seems like her Magicology is inspired by ideas of magic she has from her previous modern life.

that happens in the third volume of the LN so we'll have to wait and see how much they adapt
